Rubber compounds have been one of our strategic product groups since the beginning of the company’s foundation. We have many years of experience with the production of high-class compounds based on various polymer types such as NR, SBR, SSBR, BR, CR, EPDM, NBR, NBR / PVC, HNBR and others, used in many industries: automotive, mining (including non-flammable compounds), construction, production of: tyres, conveyor belts, hoses, seals, food industry and aviation industry.
Our experienced team of process engineers develops compounds adjusted to client’s specific technical requirements. We also work on customer’s recipes after signing the NDA.
Currently, thanks to our 7 mixing lines, we ensure the security of supply to our clients. One mixing line is dedicated exclusively to coloured compounds. We supply compounds in the form required by the customer: wig-weight sheets, strips, calendered sheets / rolls with a width exceeding 2 metres.
We cooperate with the world-renowned suppliers of raw materials which guarantees the highest quality and stability of our compounds’ parameters. Moreover, we have many years of experience in optimizing compound production costs while maintaining the required technical specifications of the compound.
